In a bumped and promoted comment Dubhaltach brings us an update on the post below about cholera.
Summary:
Summary Latest data available is:

Twelve districts of Northern Iraq have reported laboratory-confirmed cases of cholera putting over 2.8 million people exposed to public health risk from this current outbreak. Five out of eleven districts of Sulaymaniyah province, all five districts of Kirkuk province and two out of seven districts of Erbil province are now affected by this cholera outbreak in Northern Iraq.
There is more here and it’s worth reading because it is an indictment of the American occupation. It is disgraceful that the Richest Nation in the World™ and the Most Powerful Army in the World™ can neither keep public order in our conquest nor provide basic decent public health protections after four and one-half years of occupation.
There is more here, and you should read it because those with a little imagination will see how thin the veil of civilized urban life is.
A cynical man would think the ongoing starvation and disease epidemics were part of the plan.
